Definition of a Dabbler

dab·bler (dblr)

n.

One who engages in an activity superficially or without serious intent.
 

The only difference between me and that description is one word, "engages." I just don't 'engage.' I'm shy. I don't like people. The world sucks. blah blah blah. I have a million excuses for my lack participation.

I start projects without finishing. I do everything half-heartily. It seems like I just don't give a care. And yes, sometimes that is the case. But I want to change. I want to be someone who cares. Someone who finishes. Someone who does more than try, someone who does.

I guess the point of this blog is to challenge myself to ... live, even if (at first) its just dabbling.
